| Presedent Bush, was aiming to use the use the program to help improve America security system by spying of the cell phone of the citizen who live in America. The problem is that most of the people see this program as a threat of their privacy and think that it is too much to bear to have the government spying on their house and things they do. The purpose of the program is to keep track of the phone use in America so that it would lower the risk of terrorist attack. By spying on phone the government would have a better understand of the information that they receive and send. For example is the terrorist was to plan an attack on America, by having the spy program they would know right away of the things that is going to happen and so they would be able to prevent it from happening. Like the 9/11, it is the most fearsome terrorist attack that has ever happen in America. By restoring the program it would increase the chance of avoiding the problem. Because America has many people and many languages speaking, they should have a multiple of people who speak difference language so that they would understand the situation using cell phone. Therefore America should focus of house phone which is (land phone) which could be use by the terrorist to contact each other and mobile phone which is wireless using SIM card. Therefore for the most part the government should have the right to spy on the citizen phone to prevent and protect the attack form terrorist. But most people are worry about their privacy that is why Bush have made up the Law that the “government must seek an individual warrant before spying on an American or someone living here legally.” So that there is no problem with the citizen privacy law and the terrorist problem.
