The first part of the assignment is an opinion / experience based question. The second part is a research into the future of education and its relation to IT.

1.From your experience, identify three benefits and three problems technology brings to the classroom.
[In class, the three benefits are that 1) student could send or view homework and assignment from teacher through the use of technology 2) By using technology like computer, student could send in their homework more neatly by typing 3)Technology allow use to have more help equipment in our daily life ex; the technology of light and air-condition etc; but the problem of technology that bring in to classroom is that all student would have to be able effort to buy that technology for use 2) sometime technology could make us more lazy 3)The information for the internet which was used for teaching maybe wrong.]

2.Now research online and find three of the newest, hottest most cutting-edge IT "toys" in education.

1)i-phone 4
2)EXOdesk: 40-inch multitouch desk set for CES debut
3)Analogue computer chip mimics brain's neural function

Post your responses to the IB ICT. This is due by 11/25 (primary post), and responses are due by 11/27.

For the part that the student need to buy the technology for using in school, I think that the school use computer as the medium to teach the student so it is not necessary for the student to buy a computer. They can borrow the school computer in case of doing research, other than this they don't really need computer for it. But this do link to the second point that people become more lazy from using technology because if the student use computer a lot, they would be too lazy to write it now. For the second part, it may need a clear label or explanation about the technology otherwise, the ready may not understand that what it is or what it is use for. Also, the point that said "3)Technology allow use to have more help equipment in our daily life ex; the technology of light and air-condition etc" is not really clear about how it affect the school. Therefore, the author should add more information on this part. According to the fact that "technology allow use to have more help equipment in our daily life ex; the technology of light and air-condition etc;" how it is really affect our classroom apart from better environment? Does it really make education better for the student or not?

i agree with ping that the part that you said
Quote
3)Technology allow use to have more help equipment in our daily life ex; the technology of light and air-condition etc
was not related to the question because that question was about how the technology affect the education and for that part that
Quote
student would have to be able effort to buy that technology for use
was also not clear because is it for uses at home for homework and personal uses or uses at school for study and research. For the last part i think that you should give brief information for all the hardware that you listed and maybe a link for more information. However good points and ideas, thank you for sharing cool
