Observing Intellectual Property Rights
It is important that ITGS Projects acknowledge and use intellectual property within the guidelines established by the originators and/or services that may be involved in hosting the content. Content refers to text, images, diagrams, photos, music, video, animations or any other material that falls under the domain of copyrighted material.
ALERT: some websites such as YouTube remove copyrighted material. If students have posted any form of copyrighted material to the site and then embedded the code for the video in their site, the product will not be functional when the video is removed by YouTube. Other sites have similar conditions for use and protecting intellectual property.
